Apple is known to be very anti imitated products. The existence of shops selling fake accessories iPad and even trigger the Apple iPhone to file lawsuits.
In a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Apple pointed to two stores in Flushing, New York copyright infringement. Because, they sell accessories iPad, iPod and iPhone Apple logo without permission.
Apple representatives have visited the shop is named Apple Story and Fun Zone. They found a variety of products with packaging design similar to Apple's official product, also with the words "Designed by Apple in California"
"Defendants trade and profit from copyright Apple," Apple said in a statement, of ITProPortal, Saturday (20/08/2011).
In addition to asking the sales be blocked, Apple is also demanding Story changed the name of the Apple store. Because the name was considered very similar to Apple's official store which is the Apple Store.
