Patent war between Microsoft and Motorola is going on. Microsoft alleges that Motorola would be acquired Google is violating seven patents used in Android smartphone.
Microsoft also asked the International Trade Commissions (ITC) to ban some phones made by Motorola in the United States. The world's largest software vendors are sure the request will be granted.
"Motorola has violated our patents and we are confident that the ITC will fulfill our desires," said David Howard, Deputy General Counsel for Microsoft ligation.
