Apple sued Motorola Xoom's turn


After the Galaxy Tab 10.1, which helped turn Xoom Motorola sued Apple. Apple is reported to have registered his complaint at Xoom in court in Dusseldorf, Germany, the same place with the registration of the lawsuit on the Galaxy.


from Cnet, on Thursday (08/11/2011), this lawsuit essentially questioned the design of Xoom are judged similar to the iPad. It is not known when Apple registered the complaint, but perhaps not far away with a lawsuit against the Galaxy.

Xoom is Motorola's first Android tablet on the market that uses the Android operating system Honeycomb. Tablets with 10.1-inch screen is starting greet customers in early 2011.

No mention is implicitly demands what Apple filed for Xoom. Maybe they also wanted banned the sale of Xoom for the EU, as well as the Galaxy Tab 10.1.

Previously, Apple and Motorola have accused each other of patent infringement related to the respective products. The case between the two technology giants are involved about 40 patents.
