Winning Eleven Online Developed Konami and NHN


South Korean newspaper, Donga Daily reported that NHN, one of the largest online gaming companies of South Korea has had the honor to be co Konami, the popular Japanese gaming company to develop an online version of football simulation game Winning Eleven. Konami seems to want to rival the toughest rivals in the football gaming market, namely EA with its FIFA games have been available its online version.

Konami parties acknowledge that they are still new in terms of online gaming. Therefore, Konami chose NHN who have a high reputation in the online gaming market. Vice President of Konami, Shinzi Enomoto also said that the actual bebrapa other online gaming companies have expressed their interest to develop the Winning Eleven Online. But Enomoto said that Konami chose because of the many NHN NHN has its own gaming portal, Hangame, which facilitate the gamers to get a copy of those games NHN. According to Enomoto, this would obviously be a distinct advantage.

Hangame CEO, NHN representing Wook Chung, said that developing Winning Eleven Online will be a challenge for NHN. Because the Winning Eleven game originally was developed specifically for the console using the controller. Moving the console control system that coordinated to the keyboard and mouse will be the biggest challenge.

For now, Enomoto said that Winning Eleven Online will be released exclusively for the South Korean market only. If successful it will, most likely this game will be released straight into the online gaming markets in Asia such as Japan, China, Taiwan and Thailand. Planned and NHN Konami will release Winning Eleven Online in 2012.
