IPad & iPhone processor sued

In addition the company launched a lawsuit at some competitors, Apple also frequently sued to court. This time, Apple sued by Via Technologies, a Taiwanese chip companies.

Via Technologies sued Apple products including iPhone, iPad, iPod and Apple TV. Via assess these products violated three patents related to technology that provides efficient data loading in microprocessors.

"Microprocessors are using this technology can quickly load data from memory," the statement Via, From PCMag on Friday (23/09/2011).

Via Apple filed a petition on the International Trade Commission and the Delaware courts, the United States. They demanded the court to ban Apple products that violate the patents as well as some compensation.

"Via has created an extensive intellectual property portfolio, consisting of over 5,000 patents as a result of significant investments in products and development. We want to protect ourselves and also our shareholders when the patent is violated," said CEO of Via, Wenchi Chen.

Apple itself is a fierce war lawsuit against Samsung, which took place in various countries. They are also being accountable to each other with the HTC Android OS related patents.
