Once opened to the public, the Google+ network sites (Plus Google) have additional user. This addition resulted in the number of users approaching 50 million, and Indonesia to become one of the largest contributors to the user.

Google+ opened on 20 September, by presenting many new features such as "Hangouts on Air" and integration with Google Docs.

Allen believe that now Google+ has managed to 'occupied' at least 43.4 million users. Growth of 30% is of course very meaningful to Google+, the site will never be considered a success. In comparison, Facebook takes 3.5 years to reach 50 million users.

Quoted from eWeek, Sunday (09/25/2011), the largest contribution Google+ users are known of which came from Indonesia, China, Vietnam, Japan, and Thailand.

Allen also see Facebook-Google+ competition the increasingly crowded with the addition of both the site features and design changes have just made up.

He said Facebook user should make many feel uncomfortable with the changes he did. Instead, Google+ will potentially 'occupied' even more people because it is consistent with a minimalist design.
