4 Changes in Facebook

Facebook again to make changes on its website. The announcement was made at the f8 conference that was held up on Thursday (09/22/2011) when the United States. Here's a refresher performed:

1. Timeline

Facebook introduces 'timeline'. It is the user's information stream that contains the photos he uploaded, the status of the never updated, the application used, and others. Timeline will encapsulate all user's posts ever undertaken in the past to the present and help them set it up.

From Mashable, Friday (09/23/2011), Timeline is still in beta. So can not be used widely.

2. Application

If previously an application must be approved by the user each time he wants to distribute information about the user in profilenya, not anymore. After the user permit application for the first time, to the application so it will not ask for permission again.

3. Ticker

Facebook divert all the information that used to exist in your News Feed, into a Ticker. This ticker can be seen on the side of the page. It contains activities that do contact the user on Facebook.

4. TV, Movies, Music, News

Through cooperation with many partners with Facebook, users are now possible for a variety of TV viewing experience, watching movies, listening to music or read the news.

This is thanks to the services offered by Hulu, Spotify, and others. This activity will be posted on the ticker so that his friends on Facebook will be able to see content that is being enjoyed only by clicking the link provided.

In such mat Facebook also announced a number of users who have reached 800 million. Networking site made by Mark Zuckerberg is also seeing an amazing number of the sheer number of visitors per day ie up to 500 million.
